Discreet luxury transfers for Gulf families and international guests. Mercedes S-Class, GLS and V-Class with Arabic-speaking drivers. Munich Airport meet & greet, clinic transfers and private jet coordination — 24 hours a day.
Our Fleet
From an elegant sedan to a spacious VIP van — we choose the right car for the right occasion. The same Mercedes models you know and trust at home.
The flagship of luxury sedans — fully equipped with massage seats, climate zones, privacy tint and quiet hybrid powertrains for the most discreet transfer in Munich.
High step-in, comfortable seating and maximum safety — ideal for families with children, guests with luggage or patients after medical procedures.
Up to 7 passengers in conference-style comfort — converted VIP van with leather seating, fold-out table and privacy glass. Ideal for families travelling together.
We coordinate your private jet arrival or departure at Munich Airport — including FBO ground handling, customs and a seamless transfer into the waiting limousine.
Our Services
From Munich Airport meet & greet to clinic accompaniment — every transfer is personally planned and quietly executed.
Personal reception at MUC arrivals (Terminal 1 or 2) with a name sign in Arabic or Latin script, baggage assistance and direct transfer to your hotel or clinic — no waiting in queues.
Discreet transport between your hotel and Munich clinics (Klinikum Großhadern, Schön Klinik, Klinikum rechts der Isar and others) — with wheelchair access on request and accompaniment to admission.
Munich – Salzburg – Vienna – Zurich – Innsbruck: comfortable intercity transfers in a luxury sedan or van — more private than any train, less stressful than a connecting flight.
Your dedicated driver remains on standby for the entire day — for shopping at Maximilianstraße, doctor appointments, sightseeing or restaurant visits.
Available around the clock — for early departures, late arrivals and any unexpected need outside normal hours. Common for Gulf flights arriving past midnight.
On request: helicopter transfer from Munich into the Alps, to Salzburg or to private estates and chalets.
Our Promise
Every transfer is coordinated by us personally — no booking platforms, no third parties, no surprises.
Full confidentiality for every guest. NDA on request. Privacy is the standard, not an upgrade.
We track your flight in real time and adjust automatically to delays — you never wait, and you never pay for our waiting.
Our drivers and concierges speak Arabic on request — no language barrier, no stress after a long flight from Riyadh, Dubai, Kuwait or Doha.
Your personal contact is reachable around the clock via WhatsApp and phone — in your time zone, in your language.
Vehicles with high step-in and wheelchair access — suitable for patients after surgery or with reduced mobility.
Fixed prices agreed in advance. No meter, no hidden charges, no surge pricing.
The first impression of Germany does not begin at the hotel — it begins the moment the limousine door opens at Munich Airport.
Travel Information
Important updates for non-EU travellers arriving at Munich Airport — we help you prepare.
Since April 2026, all non-EU nationals (including UK and Gulf passport holders) are registered biometrically at the Schengen border — fingerprints and facial scan. This replaces passport stamping and may cause longer queues at Munich Airport. Your Grand Europa driver tracks your flight and waits regardless.
From late 2026, visa-exempt travellers (UK, UAE, Bahrain and others) will need an ETIAS travel authorisation before departure — similar to the US ESTA. Apply online for €7. Grand Europa can advise you on the process.
Patients from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and other visa-required countries need a Schengen medical visa. We help obtain the clinic invitation letter and cost estimate required for the application.
